CONSTANTLY CHANGING

Our food and beverage menu reflect the seasons and we focus on bringing in locally grown ingredients.

 

Saison was borne from co-owners Adam Hall & Jay Bayer's travels & heritage where we found harmony in the honest & delicious food of the American South, Central America, and the Caribbean.  After five years we've expanded our horizons outside of the Americas.  We still have a backbone in Southern Food, so in an effort to remain fresh and creative we don't limit ourselves, but rather embrace ideas from wherever in the world we are inspired.

If you heard someone loudly singing Mariah, it was probably Thomas.  Wacky and tall, he's the best proofreader on staff and spends a lot of time thinking about texture.

Likes systems.  Without a doubt a most consistent, persistent dude with near mechanical perfection.  His hair is perpetually ready to party.

Our cocktails are made with quality spirits, our fruit is juiced fresh daily, and we strive to maintain an immaculate attention to detail.  Our cocktail menu changes seasonally, and is put together by our team of talented and hardworking bartenders under the direction of Justin Ayotte.  The wine list focuses on food friendly wines from wineries with soul who work the land with respect for their product and environment.

BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Universally likeable, all-round good dude who takes his beverages very seriously.  Find him out on the green early in the morning (how does this late night 'tender do it ?!?) playing 18 holes.

We believe working on the menu together lets us push each other and collaborate to create the best cocktails possible.  Each member has gone through extensive training and tasting in order to work behind the stick.  Please ask for a recommendation, tell them what you're in the mood for, enjoy yourself.  We are here to serve, and hope to delight!

Is simply giddy over the arrival of bottles each week, and enjoys the collision of organic chemistry and philosophy in wine.  Previously a classical violin player, and currently an avid cat aficionado!

You probably see most of our staff members out in the sunshine (or by candlelight), but some of us spend most of our days in the deep recesses of the office basement or running around sourcing supplies.  We thought we would take the time to introduce ourselves.

OWNER

Voted most likely to make friends in a room full of strangers.  Avid supporter of the G.M.W.W.T.T. (Grown Men Who Wear Tank Tops) movement, and proud owner of a beach cruiser bike with booze basket.

Sara Kerfoot

GENERAL MANAGER

Sara is the glue that holds Saison together. She is our house mom, therapist, maintenance women, bookkeeper, and an all around boss. Whether it be running menial errands, washing dishes if needed, or shaking a flip on a busy night; if there’s a job to do, she will make sure it’s done.
